Kim Woong, 38, left, a Korean national wanted for fraud in his home country, is questioned by Chon Buri police after his arrest on Monday night. Kim Woong, 38, is the subject of an Interpol red notice, he said. The South Korean embassy in Thailand had contacted the Royal Thai Police foreign affairs division after the Interpol red notice was posted on March 4.
